According to the Viking calendar, today is the world’s last day. Do I believe that? No. Do you believe that? My readers are super-intelligent people, so I’m guessing not.
But it does cause one to think.
Tomorrow might not be the world’s last day, but you will have a last day. There will come a day when all your worries about the future will become irrelevant. There will come a day when you no longer have the chance to patch up relationships, fix your mistakes, turn over a new leaf.
Today really could be your last day. How are you going to make it count?
Me? I’m going to make time for play. I’m going to really enjoy my kids and husband today. That’s how I’d spend my last day.
