Acceptance
No text will be accepted for editing without Sarah’s approval. She reserves the right to request a sample of the text before deciding whether to take on the project.
Refunds
All sales are final. That being said, please contact me at sarah@sarahkovac.com if you have questions about an order. I will gladly work with you to find a solution.
NDA
Any material transmitted to me and any subsequent iterations of that material will be considered your property and under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). If you would like a signed NDA, please email me.
Rates
Unless otherwise stated, rates will be calculated by the word and according to editing type. Texts that may require more time than usual or require fast turnaround may have additional fees. These will be communicated before work has started.
Exception: If the client requests more work than was in the original scope of the agreement, fees may be added on at that point. This will always be discussed with and agreed to by the client before any extra work is performed.
